You choose the carrier at checkout. The delivery times are the carriers' usual estimates.
Shipping is €20 for each device priced under €400, and free from €400. The buyer pays it at checkout.
The seller has 3 business days to send the device and add the tracking number, which then shows on your order page. If it isn't shipped in time, the order is cancelled and you get your money back.
Sellers pack the device so it can't be damaged on the way: never in the retail box alone, always with an outer box or padded bag around it. Damage from poor packing is the seller's responsibility.
When the device arrives you have 72 hours to check it: turn it on and go through the screen, keyboard, ports, cameras and speakers. For a laptop you can run the free Coyl app and compare its results with the listing.
If something's wrong, press Report a problem on your order page before the 72 hours are up. You can report a problem when:
Describe what you found and add photos, up to 6. The payment stays frozen while Coyl looks at your report and the seller's side. Coyl then either refunds you or releases the payment to the seller, and explains the decision to both of you. If you get your money back, Coyl tells you whether and how to send the device back.
If you don't report a problem within the 72 hours, the order completes and the seller is paid.
The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
A listing leaves the shop after its 30 days. You can renew it in its last 7 days or after it ended, from Your listings. Until card payments open on Coyl, renewing is free.
The 5% fee is taken from your payout. You receive the rest once the buyer confirms the device, or when the buyer's 72-hour check ends without a problem report.
While a listing is up you can change its price, description and photos, or take it down, in Your listings. The condition, the specs and what's included stay as published; to change those, take it down and list it again.
